Who we are

Jaipur Rugs started with two looms, nine weavers, and Rs. 5,000 borrowed from a father who believed in a son's idea. That was 1978. Today, we work with over 40,000 artisans across 600 villages in India and sell in 60+ countries. The mission hasn't changed: connect the person who makes something with the person who values it. No middlemen. No shortcuts. Just honest work, done at a scale that still feels personal. We're a company where creativity, craft, and commerce sit at the same table.
